Venpa buys Locatelli

Italian rental company Venpa has bought mobile crane manufacturer Locatelli. The price was not disclosed. Venpa, which began in 1981 by renting telescopic cranes, said the purchase completes its strategy to specialise in the lifting sector. Locatelli makes rough-terrain cranes with capacities from 12,5 to 60 tonnes along with 20 to 40 tonne capacity city cranes.
